2012 GOALS
  • Wear a size 10
  • Eat 90% Paleo
  • Run a 1/2 Marathon - scheduled for December 2nd!

20 Lbs in 20 Weeks (June - October)
  • Lose 1 pound every week for 20 weeks
  • Eat 90% Paleo (or better!)
  • Workout regularly
  • Track my nutrition and actually pay attention to the data
  • Hike regularly when it starts to cool down
