Here are my totals for yesterday:

Calories consumed: 1517
Deficit: 738
Nutrition: Protein - 16%  Carbs - 39%  Fat - 45% 
Steps: 5,213
Physical Activity: 45 minutes
 
 Just... awful, I know. There isn't much more to say other than that.  I slept in this morning and I didn't get my hike in. But I cleaned for 2 hours and that definitely burned some calories.

Tomorrow is the official weigh in, October goals, progress pictures & measurements day, so I'm going to go be active until then.
